St. George Botanivore Gin is the "botanical eater" from St. George Spirits in Alameda, California, the pioneering craft distillery founded in 1982. It is built from 19 botanicals: juniper, angelica, bergamot peel, black peppercorn, caraway, cardamom, cinnamon, Citra hops, coriander, dill seed, fennel seed, ginger, lemon and lime peel, orris root, Seville orange peel, star anise, California bay laurel and fresh cilantro, distilled together in a copper pot still and bottled at 45% ABV (90 proof).
