Yellow Rose Rye Whiskey comes from Yellow Rose Distilling, Houston's first legal whiskey distillery, founded in 2010 and named for the Texas folk song. Yellow Rose sources its rye from a handful of distilleries around the country, then blends and bottles it at its Houston facility, and this straight rye is built on a 95% rye mash bill, aged a minimum of two years in new American oak and bottled at 90 proof.
