We’re on our second bottle of Yola. On first pouring, the smoky tones are pronounced, but they settle into a balance that we love after a few minutes. We’ve tried it in margaritas also (rocks, Cointreau, fresh lime juice and a touch of maple syrup) , and it adds an element that we miss now when we go back to tequila. We like that we’re supporting a woman-owned business also.
