The Silver is 100% estate-grown highland blue Weber agave, slow-roasted thirty-six hours in brick ovens, roller-milled, fermented, triple-distilled in a combination of pot and column stills, and bottled unaged at 40% ABV in the tall, clean bottle with the agave-heart base.
