La Venenosa Raicilla Sierra Del Tigre
Product Type: Raicilla

Description: La Venenosa Sierra del Tigre is very rare, with a limited production of 700 liters per year. It has a striking cheese-like aroma and a taste of chocolate-covered cherries. It is made in the Sierra del Tigre de Jalisco region, in the villages of Tienda Nueva and La Manzanilla de la Paz, using wild foraged Inaequidens agave. It is made by Maestro Tabernero Don Luis Contreras and is distilled once in a ceramic Filipino still. The agave is roasted in an earthen oven using black oak.
