These carefully harvested agave hearts are then slow-roasted in traditional brick ovens, allowing their flavors to mature and deepen, creating a solid foundation for an exceptional tequila.
Following fermentation, the tequila undergoes a meticulous double-distillation process to ensure purity and clarity. It is then aged in oak barrels for a minimum of one year, patiently resting in the cool darkness of the aging cellar. During this time, it absorbs the rich flavors of the wood, gaining depth and character with each passing day.
