Mulassano Bitter is a 700ml Italian bitter liqueur from Caffè Mulassano, the historic Art Nouveau café in Turin's Piazza Castello founded in 1879 and one of the birthplaces of Italian aperitivo culture. Its closely guarded recipe blends gentian root, cinchona bark and a range of herbs and spices.

Dark in color with a strong, elegant bitter profile, it is served as an aperitif in Turin's cafés, chilled and straight or with tonic, soda or orange juice. Use it in a Negroni or Americano for a taste of the city that invented them, or sip it as a digestif.
