Plantaže Lozova Rakija is a 1L, 47% ABV Montenegrin grape brandy from Plantaže, the historic winery of Podgorica that farms one of the largest single vineyards in Europe. Lozovača is the traditional grape rakija of Montenegro, and Plantaže makes it from handpicked estate grapes using time-honored distilling methods.
Aged in oak barrels, it has a beautiful golden color, a complex grape and oak aroma, and a full-bodied, smooth, richly flavored palate. Serve it neat in a small glass the Balkan way with meze, or use it in place of grappa or pisco in cocktails.
