Ki No Tea is The Kyoto Distillery's green tea edition of Ki No Bi, created with Hori-Shichimeien, a tea grower and blender established in 1879 in the Uji region south of Kyoto. Super-premium Tencha and Gyokuro teas from the historic Okunoyama tea yard, whose roots go back to the 1300s, are distilled with a secret botanical recipe built around juniper, yuzu, akamatsu Japanese pine, lemon and orris. It is bottled at 45.7% ABV (91.4 proof) in a 700ml bottle.
