Tempus Fugit Vieux Pontarlier Absinthe is a 750ml, 65% ABV French absinthe verte distilled in Pontarlier, the historic absinthe capital of France, at the Distillerie Les Fils d'Emile Pernot for Tempus Fugit Spirits. It is an authentic revival of the classic Belle Époque style, made from Pontarlier-grown grande wormwood, green anise and Provence fennel, distilled in antique copper alembics and colored naturally with herbs.
The result is complex yet balanced with a velvety texture and a rich herbal bouquet. Enjoy it traditionally with iced water and sugar, or as the foundation of a Sazerac or Corpse Reviver No. 2.
