Château de Lacquy Référence Bas-Armagnac
Château de Lacquy Référence Bas-Armagnac is the youngest expression from the oldest family-owned estate in Armagnac, distilling by hand since 1711 from vines planted on the light, tawny marine sand of the Landes. Like every Lacquy bottling it is aged in French oak with no coloring, sugar or caramel, so what you taste is the estate's own brandy.
Référence is fresh and lively, with ripe pear, grape and orange blossom on the nose, a smooth palate of vanilla, light toffee and gentle spice, and a clean finish. It is the Lacquy for cocktails as well as sipping: use it in a Sidecar, a French 75 or a Sazerac where a cognac would normally go.
This 750ml bottle is an affordable entry to a three-century-old estate. Buy Château de Lacquy Référence Bas-Armagnac online with fast shipping right to your door.
