Dame Más was created by two Mexican immigrants from Guadalajara who built the brand after settling in the United States, and the name — "give me more" — is the reaction they were aiming for. It's made at Destiladora Juanacatlán (NOM 1551) from 100% Blue Weber agave cooked in traditional mamposteria brick ovens, fermented in stainless steel, twice distilled in copper pot stills, then twice filtered. The extra añejo rests a full five years, well past the three-year legal minimum, in lightly charred French oak — with at least one reviewer identifying them as ex-cognac casks. Bottled at 40% ABV in a hand-decorated ceramic bottle that draws obvious comparison to Clase Azul. Expect intense fruit and toasted oak on the nose with caramel and vanilla, opening into a notably sweet, super-smooth palate of caramel, vanilla, and hazelnut with light baking spice, finishing long and rich.
