Giffard Lichi-Li is a 750ml, 18% ABV lychee liqueur from Giffard, the family distillery founded in Angers, France in 1885 and a bartender favorite worldwide. It carries the delicate, perfumed flavor of lychee in a light rose-tinted liqueur that recalls the color of the fruit itself.
The nose is very intense with a fresh, lively attack of fresh lychee and rose, and the palate is characteristic lychee with very floral notes and a hint of vanilla. Use it in a lychee martini, a rose-lychee spritz, tropical cocktails or a splash in sparkling wine.
