Bailoni Wachauer Gold Marillenlikör is the apricot liqueur from Bailoni, the family distillery founded in 1872 in Krems, in Austria's Wachau valley, where the Danube-side orchards produce the country's most prized apricots. Hand-selected apricots, fully ripe by late July, are destoned and pressed into juice that forms the heart of the liqueur, giving it a beautiful golden color and a fresh, fruit-first character closer to a brandy than a sugary schnapps. Sold in a 750ml bottle.
