robert kelly For those who appreciate rum, Hamilton Single Cask Demerara is not quite fish nor foul but something that combines the best of both worlds. Take a whiff and you’ll think you’re standing over a vat of butterscotch, which makes you prepare for a Bumbu-esque, desert rum experience. But the taste is *very* spirit forward, with a nice bite. It works very well standing on its own, but also goes particularly well in either Tiki drinks or rum old fashioneds.
