Description: In August 2014, the rum was distilled in the Diamond Distillery’s multi-column, Savalle still and put in used bourbon and whiskey barrels. It matured in the UK until it was shipped to the US for bottling in 2021. Only 191 bottles of this single cask, seven-year-old Savalle rum were bottled as part of my Single Cask Strength Collection.
