Description: This blend of unaged rum is sourced from distilleries in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. It combines Clairin—rum made from local sugarcane juice and wild yeast fermentation—from two distinct distilleries with another sugarcane juice-derived rum from a separate facility. Each component is distilled in creole column stills. The resulting rum presents a subtle hint of funk, leading to flavors of fresh green olives on the palate, and finishes with notes of saline, fermented plantain, and lime zest that linger.
