Description: White Demerara rum, produced by Demerara Distillers Limited at the historic Diamond Distillery in Guyana, adheres to the Demerara Rum Geographical Indication. This exceptional rum is distilled from 100% molasses, primarily using DDL’s heritage four-column metal French Savalle still and multi-pressure rectification still (MPRS). It features a faintly floral, vegetal nose with undertones of fresh cream, leading to a dry palate of vanilla, white peppercorn, and fresh cut grass, and has an alcohol content of 40% ABV. Unlike the industry-standard "neutral" white rums, this vigorous white rum stands out and is perfect for cocktails. It shines in a crisp, clean Daiquiri or a refreshing Mojito with a hint of mint.
