Description: In April 2008, this rum was distilled in the historic, double-wooden pot still at the Diamond Distillery then shipped to the UK where it was aged in once-used bourbon barrels. It continued to mature in the UK until it was shipped to the US for bottling in 2021. Only 203 bottles of this single cask, twelve-yea old, Port Mourant rum were bottled as part of my Single Cask Strengt Col lection.
