Product Type: Vermouth
Size: 750mL
Description: To create this vermouth, we begin with an initial infusion of mountain herbs known for their small roots and aromatic flowers. The vermouth is then left to rest in wooden barrels for two years, allowing it to absorb the aromas of the herbs. After the aging process, we add a second blend of plant bark and roots native to our region, which increases the intensity of the flavors and gives the vermouth its bitterness. The flavor profile of this vermouth includes zesty sensations, with ripe orange peel on the nose and a subtle blend of cinnamon spices. It also has balsamic notes of cloves and dried fruits like dried apricots. The vermouth is very smooth and full-bodied on the palate, with fresh orange memories followed by a pleasant bitterness reminiscent of tobacco, cinchona bark, and honeyed caramel.
