Amaro Montenegro has been made in Bologna since 1885, when founder Stanislao Cobianchi created a secret blend of 40 botanicals and named it for Princess Elena of Montenegro. It is the best-selling amaro in Italy and one of the gentlest: sweet orange peel, vanilla, and floral notes lead into a soft, balanced bitterness with a rounded finish, at just 23% ABV.
