Dolin Vermouth de Chambéry Blanc
Dolin Vermouth de Chambéry Blanc is the white vermouth from Maison Dolin, the house that has made vermouth in Chambéry, Savoie, since 1821 and earned France's only Appellation d'Origine for vermouth in 1932. Made from fine white wines and a blend of botanicals gathered in the alpine meadows above Chambéry, it is a sweet white vermouth in the classic Chambéry style: lighter, fresher and less sugary than most. Bottled at 16% ABV in a 750ml bottle.
The nose is fresh and elegant with alpine herbs, white flowers and citrus. The palate is subtly sweet and complex with a clean, delicate finish. Serve it chilled or over ice with a lemon twist as an aperitif, top it with soda for a spritz, or use it in a White Negroni, a Blanc Manhattan or a martini for a floral twist. The bartender's favorite bianco.
