Description: Gin Provincia’s Patagonia Gin is a limited-edition New Western style expression distilled in the Valle de Colchagua, Chile, that celebrates the wild spirit of Patagonia. Botanicals are sourced from both cultivated and foraged landscapes across Chile, including endemics like paramela, ñirre, chaura, and calafate berry, as well as rhubarb and wild white currants, all complemented by juniper, basil, rosemary, lime, coriander, cardamom, and angelica. The base spirit is a corn distillate refined five times, while delicate botanicals are processed via steam infusion or cold distillation to preserve their nuance. The gin is proofed with glacier water and bottled at 43% ABV. On the nose, expect wet stone, pine sap, citrus zest, and floral lift; on the palate, lively juniper interplays with blueberry-berry fruit and soft spice, finishing with echoes of cinnamon and green chili.
