Made in Mexico City by Casa Diega, it's built on a strict rule: every botanical is sourced from the Flor de la Paz Foundation, grown 100% free of agrochemicals and pesticides, respecting the cycles of the soil through organic techniques. Rosa infuses that clean juniper base with fresh strawberry, rose petals, and lavender, giving the gin a delicate, bright pink color and a soft, aromatic character, bottled at 40% ABV. Expect fresh, blooming roses on the nose with a whisper of classic juniper behind, opening into a palate where a vibrant burst of strawberry and raspberry brings lush fruit sweetness, rose adds floral complexity, and lavender a subtle herbal edge, with juniper ever-present but gentle for structure, finishing clean and crisp with the floral and berry notes lingering.
