Product Type: Anejo
Size: 750mL
Region: Mexico
Description: Papacito Añejo is a premium aged tequila made from 100% blue agave, specifically the Weber Blue variety. It is produced in the heart of Tequila, Jalisco, in the city of Guadalajara. The agave plants are cooked in traditional brick ovens and then double-distilled in copper pots to create a smooth, flavorful tequila. The añejo is aged for a minimum of 12 months to 36 months in oak barrels, which imparts flavors of oak, vanilla, and caramel. The tequila has a complex flavor profile, with notes of cooked and raw agave, olive, fruit, berries, tropical fruits, caramel, citrus, cinnamon, oak, vanilla, strawberry, herbal, and a hint of pepper. It is perfect for sipping neat or as the base for a sophisticated cocktail.
