The 21 year old rum is aged in number one select American oak barrels. Aromas of oak, caramel, brown sugar, vanilla and notes of orange. Hints of cinnamon and allspice. This 21 year old rum has a woody and rich flavor profile.

The Appleton Estate reserve blend is a blended rum combining several rums of different styles and ages and hence does not have an age statement. Tasting notes of orange peel and ripe bananas with a sweet and rich flavor profile.

As part of their 200 year anniversary in 1996, the company was challenged with developing a rum using everything they have mastered over the course of the 200 years of rum making. The result was the Santa Teresa 1776 rum which is made via the solara process which is process for aging liquids using fractional blends.
