As the sugar estates shut down, their stills were moved to Diamond on the east bank of the Demerara River, so one site now runs the Port Mourant double wooden pot still, first installed in 1732; the Versailles single wooden pot; the Enmore wooden Coffey still from around 1880, the last of its kind; and the Savalle column stills from Uitvlugt. Each has its own marque, blended for the aged range launched in 1992 or bottled alone.
