Description: Black Tot Finest Caribbean rum is inspired by tradition and a desire to blend some of the world's finest rums into a new and individual style. Our Head Blender, Oliver Chilton, has developed a recipe that allows the individual flavors of each rum to shine through. The copper-colored liquid has a tropical aroma of pineapple, melon, and Caribbean sweets, with scents of banana fritters, plantain tarts, overripe mango, and crème brûlée, lifted by fresh honeysuckle blossom and eucalyptus. On the palate, it is rounded and rich, with flavors of butter toffee, banana cream, and caramel, combined with cinnamon, allspice, baked apples, pineapple cubes, dried mango, coffee, dark chocolate, and black pepper. The finish is chocolatey coffee with a hint of roasted bananas and anise.
