I ordered 4 items, it said it would be delivered in 7 days and the UPS charge was $30. It was worth it to me to get the specific items before my Bday. Delivery was supposed to be 5 days before my Bday as I know sometime shipping gets delayed. When it was 1 day before the delivery date I got a notification that it had just shipped!!!! I called over and over again, and you CAN'T leave a message!!!!!! It tells you to email customer service, I did, and have yet to hear back!!!!
When I did receive my order 1 item was broken at the "neck" I didn't bother calling, as you can't and I didn't bother emailing as I never heard back. The only recourse I have is social media, and I will use it!!!

Wild Roots Raspberry Infused Vodka

we love wild roots vodka so we were very glad to see that Chips can ship for them. It took a week to ship out (they had to wait for product) but they were very responsive with our inquiries and it came fast once they had it in stock. Will order from Chips again .. great selections so we may try a few different flavors. Thank you!
