Product Type: Mezcal
Size: 750mL
Region: Mexico
Description: Yuu Baal's mezcal production is a handmade process involving producers in various regions of Oaxaca, including San Juan del Rio, San Luis del Rio, Tiacolula, and Miahuatlan. The entire production cycle, from planting to cutting to distillation, is done by hand with great respect for the environment. The aroma of this mezcal is full of citrus, herbs, fruits, and spices, with initial notes of orange, anise, pineapple, and mango. It has a strong yet velvety character and a burst of flavor on the palate. This particular mezcal, known as Pechuga, is reserved for special occasions such as baptisms and weddings, and is made with a turkey breast hung in the still during the final distillation.
