Anytime is a women-owned spirits company founded by Maddy Rotman and Taylor Lanzet, who previously led sustainability and sourcing at Imperfect Foods and Daily Harvest. In 2023 it released Farmhouse Vodka and Farmhouse Gin, the first commercial spirits to earn Regenerative Organic Certified status from the Regenerative Organic Alliance, a standard covering soil health, animal welfare and farmworker fairness.

The Farmhouse spirits are made grain-to-glass from organic wheat grown by Breathe Deep Farm in Hudson, New York: milled on a granite stone-burr mill, mashed, fermented and distilled in a copper hybrid pot still, then double distilled through an 8-plate column to 95% purity. The gin is vapor infused with organic juniper, holy basil, lemon thyme and other botanicals. Val's Organic Vodka, distilled from organic corn in Maryland, is the brand's everyday organic pour.
