Big Gin comes from Captive Spirits in Seattle, Washington, where Ben Capdevielle named it after his father, whom everyone called Big Jim, and built a bold, juniper-forward gin with nine botanicals including cardamom, bitter orange peel and grains of paradise in a 100-gallon pot still. Barrel-aged versions followed: Big Gin Bourbon Barreled, rested in Heaven Hill bourbon casks, and Big Gin Peat Barreled, finished in peated Scotch whisky casks. Chips Liquor carries the Big Gin family. Shop Big Gin at Chips Liquor with fast shipping.
