Heirloom Liqueurs comes from an unlikely place: the team behind Bittercube, the widely respected bitters company founded by Nick Kosevich and Ira Koplowitz. Working alongside R&D lead Brandon Reyes out of Lawless Distilling in Minneapolis, they built Heirloom around a simple idea — take centuries-old European liqueur traditions and rework them with real, whole botanicals and a distinctly American point of view. The lineup spans four very different personalities: an alpine Genepy built with North American sunflower and mellowed in honey; a delicate Millefiori-style Creme de Flora made from flowers native to five continents; an American Alchermes, a spiced, cochineal-colored liqueur with roots tracing back to the 8th century, believed to be the only one currently produced in the U.S.; and a tropical Pineapple Amaro built on Queen Victoria pineapple and bittering Jamaican Quassia bark. Every bottle draws on genuine historical research, then bends it toward modern American bars and home mixing alike — equally at home in a classic cocktail or poured neat as a digestif.
