J.J. Corry is the label of Chapel Gate Whiskey in Cooraclare, County Clare, where founder Louise McGuane revived the lost Irish trade of the whiskey bonder. Rather than distilling, Chapel Gate buys new-make and aged spirit from Irish distilleries and matures and blends it in a bonded warehouse on the McGuane family farm, named for the 19th-century Clare bonder J.J. Corry. The Gael is the malt-forward flagship blend, The Hanson a bourbon-matured single grain, and limited releases explore single casks and unusual finishes. Shop J.J. Corry at Chips Liquor with fast shipping.
