Monson Ranch Distillers is the farm-to-bottle distillery of the Monson family, Washington farmers since 1939 and the owners of Goose Ridge Estate Vineyard and Winery in the Columbia Valley. Third- and fourth-generation family members, including Goose Ridge president Bill Monson and sisters Valerie and Molly Monson, opened the distillery in Prosser in 2023 with master distiller Brian Morton leading production.

Everything starts on the family's Goose Gap ranch, where Sustainable WA certified vineyards supply Cabernet Sauvignon for the grape-based spirits and newly planted rye and corn feed the whiskeys. The distillery runs three 25-foot column stills and a 700-gallon copper pot still, bottles on site, and ages in its own barrel room. The whiskeys and brandy carry a monogram logo inspired by the family's cattle brands, with a black-and-gold Reserve tier and a tan-label core tier.

The range includes VIDO Vodka, distilled 24 times from Cabernet grapes, Feather & Folly Gin with six botanicals including Washington juniper, a 100% estate heirloom rye aged six years, a bourbon, and a six-year VSOP estate brandy with no additives.
