St. Agrestis is a Brooklyn producer of Italian-inspired aperitivi and digestivi based in Greenpoint, best known for its bottled Negroni and Phony Negroni non-alcoholic line, which have collected multiple medals at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition. The company makes everything in Brooklyn using old-world methods.

Its flagship amaro starts with a distillate of organic sugarcane and twenty botanicals including gentian, cinnamon, clove, allspice, mint and sarsaparilla. Each botanical is macerated separately, then the infusions are blended, lightly sweetened with organic cane sugar, aged at least sixteen weeks in ex-bourbon barrels and bottled at 30% ABV with no artificial color, giving a cola-and-spice profile that won Gold at the 2022 SFWSC.
