Suncliffe is an LGBTQ- and woman-owned, Arizona-operated spirits company founded by Tom Giddings, Ryan Lawrence and Clare Byrne after they encountered wild juniper on a Sedona trail. Its first release, Suncliffe Gin, launched in 2021 and reached shelves in California and New York, and the brand has since collaborated with Whiskey Del Bac on a limited Solstice gin.

The house style is foraged terroir: the gin uses three native Arizona junipers plus ponderosa pine inner bark, manzanita and western elderflower, vapor-infused in custom copper stills and bottled non-chill-filtered at 45% ABV. Cultivaro Amaro, released in 2025 at 27% ABV, builds bitterness from Tucson Seville oranges and body from Medjool dates, roasted monastery pecans, pine bark and grilled nopales.
