The SVV Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is aged in French oak with a portion new and shows layered black currant, blackberry and black cherry with cedar, graphite, cocoa and dried herbs on a polished, full-bodied frame. Jubilee is the flagship: fully ripe fruit, extended maceration for depth of color and tannin, and close to two years in French oak with a significant share of new wood, yielding cassis, dark chocolate, vanilla and a broad, velvety mid-palate that will improve for a decade.
