TC Craft is a Nashville-owned tequila brand founded by brothers Chad and Todd Botorff, who worked with a Jalisco master distiller to build an approachable highland tequila. It is a bourbon-country take on agave, with whiskey-style barrel aging at the center of the aged expressions.

The tequila is distilled by Vinos y Licores Azteca (NOM 1533) in the southern highlands of Los Altos de Jalisco from 100% Blue Weber agave grown in red volcanic soil. Agave is cooked in stone brick ovens, roller-milled, fermented open-air in stainless steel with native yeast and deep-well water, and double distilled in stainless pot stills. We carry the unaged Blanco, the Reposado rested roughly a year in American white oak, and the Añejo aged three years in American white oak, which the brand describes as charred Tennessee whiskey barrels.

Soft, sweet and mellow, it is an easy bridge for whiskey drinkers moving into tequila.
