The Classic Cask is an independent bottler specializing in rare, small-batch Scotch: never more than 800 numbered bottles per release, with distillation and bottling dates printed on every label. Its 23 Year Selection sources superlative single malt casks from Speyside, Highland and Island distilleries, matured a minimum of 23 years and offered in Original Cask, Oloroso sherry, port pipe and Caribbean rum finishes, at prices that undercut big-brand 18-year-olds.
