Tierra de Ensueño, the land of dreams, is a family-owned Highland tequila made in small batches by master distiller Sergio Cruz and master blender Oscar Vázquez at NOM 1580 in the southern Los Altos region of Jalisco. The brand's motto is simple: authentic, true tequila with no additives, made from fully mature 100 percent blue Weber agave grown on the family estate.

Production follows the traditional Highland playbook: agave cooked in stone and brick ovens, roller-mill extraction, deep-well water, open-air fermentation in stainless steel with a proprietary yeast, and two passes through copper pot stills. Where Ensueño stands out is in the cellar, with single-barrel reposados and añejos finished in red wine casks that have drawn 90 to 92-plus point community scores on Agave Matchmaker and sold out batch after batch.
