Addition Cardamom Cocktail Spice
Addition Cardamom Cocktail Spice is a concentrated spice tincture made for the bar: real cardamom steeped in neutral spirit at 45% ABV and bottled in a 4 oz dropper, so you can add a blast of fragrant spice to any drink without muddling or making syrups. Addition created its line of cocktail spices so bartenders and home mixologists could season a cocktail the way a chef seasons a dish.
Cardamom is the aromatic heart of chai, Scandinavian baking, and Middle Eastern coffee, with a floral, citrusy, slightly minty warmth. In the glass it is magic with gin, bourbon, and coffee liqueur: try a few blasts in a Gin & Tonic, an Espresso Martini, a Whiskey Sour, or a rose lemonade spritz. It also elevates a simple vodka soda with lime. One bottle seasons dozens of cocktails.
