Bajarriba Plata Tequila
Bajarriba Plata is a 100% additive-free blanco tequila from the highlands of Jalisco, made by a third-generation master distiller whose family has grown agave and distilled tequila for 85 years. Fully matured blue Weber agave from the rich volcanic soil at 7,000 feet is slow-roasted in brick hornos, cooked the old-world way with pure deep-well water, and distilled in copper and stainless steel pots for maximum flavor.
With no artificial taste, smell, or coloring, the plata delivers an intense but smooth baked-agave flavor and aroma, a notable white pepper explosion mid-palate, and a finish of clean citrus zest and sweet floral notes at 40% ABV. It is a blanco for sipping neat in a copita or elevating a Margarita or Paloma. This 750 ml bottle is a premium pick for additive-free tequila purists.
