Campo Azul Selecto Blanco is the premium unaged expression from Casa Campo Azul in Jesús María, in the highlands of Jalisco, made from 100% blue Weber agave grown in the region's clay-rich soil. The Selecto line represents a careful selection of the family's best tequila, made with a delicate elaboration process that preserves the character of highland agave.
It is crystal clear with bright tones, and both the aroma and flavor have the fruity character that is the signature of Jalisco Highlands agave: sweet cooked agave, tropical fruit, citrus, and a hint of pepper, finishing clean at 40% ABV. It is a superb sipping blanco chilled in a copita and a top-shelf base for a Margarita, Paloma, or Ranch Water.
