Casa 1560 Reposado Tequila
Casa 1560 Reposado is a 100% blue Weber agave tequila from Jalisco, Mexico, rested in oak barrels to add warmth and softness to the fresh agave of the house blanco. Casa 1560 is a small premium house that makes its tequila the traditional way, cooking mature agave slowly and distilling in small batches before a patient rest in wood.
The oak adds gentle vanilla, caramel, and light spice over cooked agave, citrus, and a hint of pepper, with a smooth, balanced finish at 40% ABV. It sips well neat or over ice and makes a richer Margarita, a Paloma, or a Tequila Old Fashioned. This 750 ml bottle sits between the crisp Blanco and the oak-driven Añejo, and it is the most versatile bottle in the Casa 1560 range.
