The family grows, distills, ages and bottles everything themselves. This blend is primarily Ugni Blanc with a touch of the rare Folle Blanche grape, aged twenty years in cask and bottled at 43% ABV.
The nose offers preserved citrus, toasted hazelnut and nougat. The slightly elevated strength enhances the creamy, dried-fruit flavors on the palate, while almond and spice linger through a long, satisfying finish.
