Botanicals are infused into that estate sweet potato spirit through both steeping and distillation, and the gin is bottled at 90 proof.
The result balances the dry character of traditional British gin with the floral notes of modern American gin: juniper, citrus and coriander on the nose, then a rounded, subtly earthy palate with a gentle sweetness from the sweet potato base and a crisp, clean finish.
