Ginraw Gastronomic Gin is a Barcelona gin created by a team of four: a Michelin-starred chef, a master sommelier, a perfumer and a mixologist, who set out to make a gin with the precision of a fine kitchen. Its botanicals, kaffir lime leaf, cedrat citron, black cardamom, laurel, coriander and juniper, are distilled separately at low temperature in a rotovap to preserve their freshest aromas, then blended, and the gin is bottled at 84.6 proof.
The nose has excellent aromatic intensity: fresh, crisp citrus, floral notes and green tops from the lemon, citron and kaffir lime leaf over a structured, dry, herbal juniper base with balsamic and woody notes. The palate is full-bodied, smooth and elegant, floral with a velvety feel, spicy with effervescent hints and a subtle smoky nuance, finishing long and delightful.
