Luxardo Bitter Bianco is a 750ml white bitter aperitivo from Luxardo, the family distillery founded in 1821 and based in Torreglia near Padua. It shares the same infusions of bitter herbs, aromatic plants and citrus fruits as Luxardo Bitter, but most of those infusions are distilled before blending, which turns the color transparent and slightly shifts the flavor profile.
An infusion of Roman wormwood is added at the end to enhance the bitterness and give the liqueur its ivory tint. It is brilliantly suited to twisting classics, turning a Negroni into a Negroni Bianco or a Paloma into a Paloma Bianco, and it can be enjoyed neat or over ice as a classic aperitivo.
