Tsilili Tsipouro
Tsilili Tsipouro is a 750ml unaged Greek grape spirit from Tsilili Distillery in Raxa, Thessaly, one of Greece's most acclaimed tsipouro producers. It is made from aromatic grape varieties grown in Thessaly, with the pomace distilled through a small copper pot still and the hearts rested in tank for three months before bottling.
Crystal bright with intense aromas of bergamot, lemon, white peach, rose and a hint of mint, it is smooth and aromatic on the palate with a soft alcohol character and a long, minty finish. Serve it chilled in small glasses with meze the Greek way, or use it as a fragrant alternative to grappa or pisco.
